How is the Library Pass different from the Pro plan?
The Library Pass gives you lifetime access to our existing library of resources. The $29/month Pro plan adds tools that go beyond the library — visual resource generation, My Documents (upload and create your own), and client share links. Can I upgrade to Pro later?

How do downloads work? Are there any limits?
You can download anything in the library as often as you need. There are reasonable per-account safety limits (30/hr, 90/day) to prevent abuse, but you'll never hit them in normal clinical use.
Is the content HIPAA-friendly?
TherapyScript is built for mental health professionals and follows strict HIPAA-aware practices: we never collect or store client PII, and our resources are designed as blank, reusable templates and handouts you can use with your clients.
Will I get access to new documents added later?

How do I get access after I pay?

Do you offer refunds?

Can I use the resources with my clients commercially?
